By using Kanaf ("the Service"), operated by Gently Ventures, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Kanaf is an independent meta-search and discovery tool. We surface itineraries and route you to third-party booking platforms; we are not a travel agent, airline, or seller of transportation. All bookings are governed by the terms of the operating carrier and the booking platform you complete your purchase on.
3. Data accuracy
Fare, schedule, baggage, and Shabbat/holiday windows are provided on a best-effort basis and can change without notice. Always confirm the final terms on the partner site before purchasing.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service, and not to use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links are affiliate links. When you complete a booking through them, we may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed site-wide in the footer.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gently Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
